See pages 91-92 of the MCR "Green Book" that you provide as a PDF. Fan#34 "Lesser Honors & Knitted Tiles" (12 points) does combine with Fan#35 "Knitted Straight" (also 12 points). The term "Thirteen Not Connected" cited in the record of ID:541968 Game:65522 does not appear in the Green Book.

Note: the eventual winner went "ready" at line 112 of the record holding 147char, 258dot, 36bam, ESWN, Red and waiting for one of Green, White, or 9bam. The Win at line 149 results from claiming 9bam as a discard --- since that discarding player had another 9bam concealed in his/her hand, it would be an error to award an extra 4 points because the winning claim was not for a Last Tile (see preceeding post in this forum).
